Holiday Season means more time on your feet
During the rush of the Holiday Season it is important to
take care of your feet as you will log many additional hours on
them.

Most people take their feet for granted, until pain and
problems such as blisters or calluses develop. But, it is important
to be gentle to your feet and take care of them before problems
arise. If you have existing issues with your feet it is crucial that
you treat these issues before they limit your ability to function,
and you are forced to walk enduring pain.

Here are some ways to pamper your feet and give them

the extra care they need during this busy time:

  • Wash feet daily with soap and water
  • Be certain to dry well, especially between the toes
  • Apply moisturizer daily, especially on the heels where dryness
    can occur
  • Exfoliating once a week with a pumice stone or gentle
    exfoliating pad can be helpful
  • Wear socks that wick moisture, and will provide ventilation for
    your feet to breathe
  • Wear comfortable shoes, alternating between different
    supportive footwear
  • Keep your toenails trimmed

It all sounds very basic, but you would be surprised that
in the rush of the Season, we can ignore even the simplest of care
for our feet. Quality Foot Care would like to say;
HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM OUR OFFICE TO YOU!!!!!!
