Dr. Lefkowitz diagnosed my problem

Dr. Lefkowitz diagnosed my problem immediately and prescribed a treatment plan for my condition. My problem is completely resolved and my foot is as good as new. Dr. Lefkowitz and his entire staff are courteous, accommodating, professional and pleasant. It is a well run office. The office is very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Lefkowitz.

I give this office 5 stars! Dr. Lefkowitz was excellent! I did not feel any discomfort through the whole procedure. I was nervous getting needles in the foot but Dr. Lefkowitz had a very calming nature. The office staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I was nervous, but completely

I was nervous, but completely put at ease with the caring staff and Dr. Lefkowitz. The Dr carefully explained each intervention he made. I understood what to expect and felt I was in good, experienced hands.
The office is well run with kindness and patience.
I am recovering well and glad I chose this Dr. I feel very confident in his skill.
I was referred by my daughter as she had a similar issue and was very pleased with her treatment and outcome.

I was anxious before my

I was anxious before my first time appointment last week with Dr. Lefkowitz due to an existing foot trauma and previous treatment attempts, but everyone at the office put my mind at ease right away. I had a piece of glass stuck in my heel for 10 days. After two previous trips to the doctor (once to Patient First/Urgent Care, and then to my primary care physician), I was still suffering. Dr. Lefkowitz was able to examine me, and remove the glass others’ doubted even existed within 15 minutes. I was SO RELIEVED! It was a much less painful procedure than I previously experienced at Urgent Care, and most importantly he fixed the problem! During the visit, I sensed I was in good hands with Dr. Lefkowitz and the support staff, who were all very pleasant, sympathetic and kind. I never felt rushed. The atmosphere was professional and nice. I immediately made a secondary appointment to address another (less dramatic!) foot issue on the spot.

I was quite nervous going

I was quite nervous going to the podiatrist because of a previous unpleasant experience at another practice. I walked into a beautiful office and received a friendly greeting from Jackie and Brenda. Before I sat down, I was taken to the examination room. Dr. Lefkowitz immediately put me at ease and talked about the reason for my visit. He was kind, gentle, friendly, professional and competent There was not one moment of pain. I highly recommend this practice.

My feet were a mess with mysterious neurological symptoms which were highly distressing. Dr Lefkowitz correctly diagnosed my condition and recommended a treatment plan which worked wonderfully.

It’s my first visit to a foot doctor so I was a little nervous. The doctor made me comfortable enough to ask questions.

Very friendly staff and podiatrist. There was no wait and I was in the chair waiting to be seen! Took care of my problem in no time at all. Definitely recommend.

I am a very nervous patient and Dr. Lefkowitz is really calm and patient with me. I needed to have an ingrown toenail removed and he did an excellent job. I am also grateful that he was able to see me even though I was a few minutes late. Had I put it off, it would have been a much bigger issue for me to deal with.

I generally hate going to doctors because I feel like most times you are rushed in and out the door or you get sent all over the globe before they get you diagnosed (if they even figure your issue out at all)! With Quality Foot acare, I got an appointment immediately. The office is clean and the staff is super friendly. I liked knowing that I would see a specialist (Dr Lefkowitz) on my first visit rather than a physicians assistant, which was the case with most other foot care places I had called. Dr Lefkowitz was thorough in his examination and not in a hurry to get me in and out. He diagnosed and treated my condition immediately (I had a cyst in my toe joint). Nothing but a good experience from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend quality Foot Care. Missed my appointment time and Jackie was able to reschedule me for an appointment later in the same day. Dr. Ken has just about eliminated my foot pain that I’ve had for a few years. The office staff is very accommodating and never wait more than a few minutes to be seen.

Excellent receptionist (Pleasant, helpful on the phone and on arrival) No long wait, the physician (Dr Leftkowitz) was excellent-caring, resourceful, competent. I would come back again. The only thing that kept me from an excellent over -all rating is when given a boot for my broken bone. I felt hurried, I find it easy now to get in and out, but I would have benefited from allowing me to putting it on and off at the office. It was a long and uncomfortable task to take it off in a car when you still were not use to where the straps go-the Velcro sticks to everything and I had to walk in with it again to make sure i didn’t destroy it in getting it off. My questions seemed to irritate the office person. Other wise- I was impressed . Perhaps she had a bad day -I will return if I need a foot doctor.

Making progress

I recently took my son to Quality Foot Care to see Dr. Lefkowitz for an infected ingrown toenail. My son has a form of Autism and can get very anxious, Dr. Lefkowitz and his staff were so awesome! They were patient, informative,and overall just great with my son! And gave him amazing care! I highly recommend them 🙂

It was an ongoing problem and the Dr. continues to handle very well.

I have had foot surgery in the past and always have pain. I love how the doctor has not mentioned another surgery, gives me options for controlling pain and it’s the first time in years that I am pain free

I needed an appointment very last minute for a possible stress fracture. I called this office as a new patient and the staff was amazing!! They got me in right away even though they had nothing available. As a new patient I was shocked, as I expected to have to wait several days for an appt. I got there and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. From the time I called, went in, x-rays, doctor, and walking boot, it was a total of 3 hours! Dr. Leftkowitz is super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office to everyone. The girls up front are amazing and made my foot fracture a pleasant experience (if you could call it that).

Dr. L. examined my feet, took x-rays and made a Dx of pronation leading to the callus and sequelae of bunion on the left toe. Prosthetics are being ordered before the bunion progresses.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful with filling out my paper work on my first visit. Dr Kaplan made me feel comfortable during my visit. Answered all questions and provided additional information on my current condition.

It was so quick!! My doctor took the time to ask questions and explained to me how my toe became that way. He explained the whole procedure as he was performing it. Very great bedside manner!

The office staff was not organized, they overcharged bon the co-pay. Twice they changed appointment times without notification or speaking with me. I can verify as they sent emails and text with a specified time and two times changed it on the day of the appointment claiming I was in error.

Best care anywhere. Please let dr. Lefkowitz know there is a blood drive March 31st at Cold Spring Elementary School. The hours are 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. . Make sure he goes on redcross.org and makes an appointment. I will be there that day and I hope to see him. Thank you. Brian C. Meyers

I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived I was seen early. The time with the Doctor was not rushed and I received a thorough exam and evaluation. I was diagnosed and was able to leave with what I needed to continue treatment until my follow up appointment. As a busy person, I appreciated that the Dr and office staff valued my time so much. Very professional and excellent care! The treatment is working and I’m hoping to be able to start running again soon!! I have already recommended to two additional people looking for a podiatrist and they have made appointments.

I’m very happy with my choice for Quality Foot Care. I’m a person who observes everything, and I have been really happy during all my visits. I recommend Dr. Ken Lefkowitz and Brenda and Jackie who have been taking great care of my foot pain.

Dr. Kaplan was attentive and listened to my concerns with my foot. He immediately made sensible suggestions for care, explaining everything while patiently answering my questions. Felt almost immediate relief from pain with meds and no pain after two days. I would highly recommend Quality Foot Care for anyone with foot problems.

All the staff very friendly professional and helpful. Dr Ken Lefkavitz took the time to explain what my symptoms meant and explained various treatment options.

Amazing doctors and staff!

I was disappointed that the Doctor did not review/discuss the (2) X-Ray Discs that I brought to your office in depth, and the discs were not given back to me. I also wanted the Doctor’s explanation/opinion on another deformed toe, only to see the Doctor’s lack of understanding/interest. After his assistant wrapped my foot the Doctor never checked to see if it was done correctly.

The office staff was friendly and efficient. We spent very little time waiting to see the doctor. Dr. Lefkowitz was easy to talk to, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Was supposed to have a test on my feet but it never took place???

As always the attention and care by Dr. Lefkowitz and staff are great, as is the atmosphere they create!!

I arrived an hour early, by mistake, but since I was the first patient they were able to see me. Very professional and helpful. My only complaint was I was told a certain price for an item by the doctor but higher at check out.

I was really in some discomfort, swelling and infection was getting pretty unmanageable from an ingrown toenail. I was so thankful when I finally called they were able to squeeze me in same day to perform the procedure. Happy to now be begin the healing process.

My son was treated for ingrown toenails on both of his big toes on two separate occasions. Dr. Lefkowitz and his outstanding staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, efficient, friendly, and effective. He is an incredibly skilled doctor and I would recommend his outstanding work and professional staff to anyone. We had a tight college soccer schedule to work with and his office made my son’s needs a priority. His flexibility and phenomenal skill put my son back on the field the NEXT day – BOTH times! If you have any foot issue at all, get to his office – you’ll be glad you did!

Quality Foot Care was incredibly flexible, accommodating, friendly and medically attentive to my son’s needs. I recommend them to anyone needing excellent foot care.

Dr. Kaplan was very kind, patient and understanding. He listened to my concerns and addressed them and now I am happy to say that I am on the road to recovery after two months of dealing with pain in my foot. The office staff on the other hand seemed unorganized, cluttered behind the desk and did not explain very well the costs associated with my treatment. I went in thinking I just needed to pay my co-pay of $20 and walked out spending $97.00 due to a “deposit fee” on the foot device given to me until they submitted to insurance. I called my insurance company and it is covered 100%. Now I have to wait for their office to reimburse me. But we all know that when you walk into a Doctor’s office your co-pay IS expected at the time of service but I have to wait to get my refund. So like I said things were not explained properly sometimes people don’t have almost $100 on them when they are only expecting to pay their co-pay when walking into a Doctor’s office. Doctor Kaplan was wonderful – the office staff not so much.

I previously took my father there & was very happy. Now I am caring for my mom (Alzheimer’s patient) and took her to see Dr. Ken…..received very good service….they were prompt & pleasant which made the visit good for my mom.

I went to Quality foot Care for a second opinion and found so much more.I found caring Drs. and staff that wanted to help fix my foot & relieve the extreme pain I was in, after the first visit I had a treatment plan. That treatment plan is working and I was getting relief in a few days. I can say enough how great these Dr.s are. My fist Dr wanted to radical surgery as my only option, surgery is not even part of the treatment plan now.

Great office with very friendly staff. Dr Lefkowitz shows great concern for his patients.If you are having a problem with your feet this is the place to go!
